PLEASE STUDY THE RULES
1. All entries must be the work of, or grown by the competitor.
2. Pot plants must have been in the exhibitor’s possession for at least 2 months prior to the date of show.
3. Only 1 entry per person per class.
4. Entries will be received on Saturday 5th September 2009 between 8am & 10 am.
5. Stewards will be available in the hall to receive entries and to help with staging.
6. Adult entries will be charged 10p per entry. Children's entries are free.
7. Judging will commence at 10:30am, during which time the hall will be closed to the public.
8. A sealed envelope containing the name of entrant should be securely ATTACHED to each entry.
9. Trophies will be awarded to the exhibitor with the highest number of points in each section.
10. In the event of an equal number of points being gained by more than one competitor in the adult section, the trophy will be awarded to the person with the most 1st places.
11. Under 16 years are not permitted to enter the adult section.
12. The judge’s decision will be final.
13. The hall will be open to the public at 2pm with the presentation of trophies at 3:30pm.
14. Prize money may be collected after the presentation of trophies.
15. Any money not collected will be added to the show funds.
16. Entries may be uplifted at 4pm.
