BAKING

21. A yoghurt loaf **recipe as follows**:
1 Carton yoghurt (banana, orange or lemon )
1.5 Cartons castor sugar
3 Cartons self - raising flour

2 eggs beaten
Put all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well mixed, turn into two greased 450g/1 lb loaf tins.
Bake at 190 C/375 F/Gas Mark 5 for 45 minutes
